We are excited to announce that we have created an online option for those of you who logistically may not be able to come to our facility in person. We are now offering video analysis and our individualized instruction completely online in order to give all athletes access to our MVB programs whether you are local or out of state. You can now receive elite one-on-one instruction without having to leave the comfort of your own home! You will also have the ability to review your personalized program and drills from anywhere and as often as you want. Through our online platform, you will have direct coach access where you can ask questions and review your progress.
MVB offers video analysis in hitting, pitching, and sports performance. Simply take a video of yourself performing the action you want MVB to help you with (hitting/pitching/strength) and send them to us. You can take a video in your next practice, game, or even in your backyard with a smart phone or tablet. For each video you will be provided with an in-depth analysis and breakdown of your hitting, pitching, or sports performance mechanics. We will identify any weaknesses, limitations, dysfunctional movement patterns, or poor mechanics that exist. At the same time we will also determine and highlight what your particular strengths are. Our professional instructors will provide you with feedback describing what you are currently doing and what needs to be done to improve.
MVB also offers an option to provide you with drills or exercises based on your video assessment. After the video analysis, you will be provided with a concrete plan of action designed to best develop your game and reach your peak performance. Using the data gathered from your video analysis, we will assign you specific drills or exercises designed to help correct any inappropriate mechanics or weaknesses that might exist. We will also give you drills to help develop and progress what you naturally excel at in order to bring your game to the next level.

Using the data gathered from your video analysis, we will assign you specific drills/exericises designed to help correct any inappropriate mechanics or weaknesses that might exist. We will also give you drills to help develop and progress what you naturally excel at in order to bring your game to the next level.
Online Virtual Coaching Programs
At MVB we tailor make customized programs based on each athlete's individual needs. Now with our Online Virtual Coaching Program, you can have 1-on-1 training from anywhere. Through our online platform, you will have direct coach access where you can ask questions and review your progress.
The first step in athletic development is determining what your starting point is and understanding what your strengths, weaknesses, and limitations are. In order to acquire this information, each program will begin with an initial functional movement assessment, dynamic performance testing and skills assessment which will be videoed by you and sent back to us for evaluation. The initial video will help us identify any weaknesses, limitations, dysfunctional movement patterns, or poor mechanics that exist. It will also allow us to see what your particular strengths are so we can develop and progress what you naturally excel at. This evaluation will enable us to create an individualized program as well as serve as a means to monitor progress. Using the results from the initial evaluation, we will send you the first week of your program specific to your needs. For each video you will be provided with a breakdown of your hitting, pitching, or sports performance mechanics. We will use each weekly video as a guide for your progression for the next week. You will also have access to our video database during this time. Each drill/exercise included in your program will have a video in our database which will demonstrate the proper form or mechanics to ensure you are performing them correctly.
All programs are a one month minimum and will be given to you in weekly progressions. The longer your commitment, the more results you can expect to see. The reason we ask for at least a one month minimum is to give you an opportunity to see a steady improvement of skills and strength. This option will also give you a structured plan and progression to help you reach your long-term development goals. As well as being completely designed based off of your individual needs, programs will also utilize periodization in order to set you up for success in all phases of the year. We will have different focuses for pre-season, in-season post-season, and off-season respectively. By doing this we can have you performing at your peak during the right time, help you recover between outings, prevent injury, and maintain performance throughout the entire season.
